#WeighThis
11:00 amThe diet trend of the past decade has well and truly shifted towards Healthy Eating. This meant Nestle Brand, Lean Cuisine had to adapt their marketing technique 'to modern eating and health trends rather than calorie counting.' To do this they launched a social media campaign called "WeighThis" by 360i. The effort included a video showing women near a scale. But instead of weighing their bodies, the women articulate, or "weigh", their personal accomplishments.'

Something like this gives off a beautiful tribal feel. Everyone standing strong together against the stereotypes that this modern world that we live in constantly thrusts open us. This is something I'm sure many of us can relate to. Our lifestyles are being constantly surrounded by media telling us that we can be too skinny, too curvy, muscly, tall, small, wide, thin or fat and that's just covering weight, never mind personality traits and other beauty features. That's why a campaign like this is so important.
No matter your age, shape or lifestyle women went shoulder to shoulder to prove they are more than just their weight.
