Heinz has to be the go-to choice no matter your age or occasion. Tins, Snap Pots, different flavours and now a Heinz Baked Beans Pop-up in London to celebrate 50 Years of their advertising slogan - Beanz Meanz Heinz.

'Opening today (March 27) within the food hall at Selfridges' Oxford Street store, for four weeks until 23 April, the pop-up will serve a selection of beans-based dishes, all spelt with a 'z' on the end. 
These will include ‘Beanz with crispy bacon’, ‘Beanz with smoked ham hock’ and ‘Beanz with scrambled egg’. Customers will also be able opt in for additional cheddar cheese topping on any of these dishes, which will all be priced at £3.'*
Also 50 'limited edition cans all featuring words with 'z' on the end, such Beanz Meanz… Yummz, Famz, Chatz, Spudz, Eggz, Morningz and Brekkiez, will also be available to buy at the pop-up and in other Selfridges' stores.'*
Heinz have stepped up their marketing game over the last couple of months. Back in January 'they hid tins of soup in 'break in case of emergency' cases in London' to offer a warming surprise to commuters as winter truly set in in the UK. Read about it in my previous post, In Case Of Emergency. 
I love that they have thought of multiple different routes for this campaign. People can enjoy the activation in London but also from their own homes. Even though the slogans aren't personal to each person, the fact they are a collectable should encourage people to further promote the brand through Social Media imagery. The concept and designs are fun and modern but still with the underlying brand tones that we all associate with Heinz Beans.
