Colour Composition
Today we looked at how we can edit colours within images by using different methods within Photoshop.
We used contrasting colours to really show how images can be manipulated, comparing the new images to the contrasting colour swatch at the bottom of the page. Using these techniques could be really helpful, if you think a specific colour doesn't fit to the mood or look quite right in a photoshoot. From a business angle this could save money as you wouldn't have to do a re-shoot just to change the colour of the models nail colour to a slightly darker red. Learning these methods early on will improve my visuals throughout my career and it also showed me how simple it can be to make a particular photographs colour be the opposite of the spectrum to the orginal.
